For the first attempt: Syahira took charge in recording down the data Kat explained the procedures to the participants and supervised the exercise Sun did the measuring of blood pressure And I (Mary) was in charge of taking photos
For the second attempt: Syahira and Kat stuck to the same roles Syahira took over my role as photographer While I took her role to take the participants' BP
For this experiment, we did 2 attempts. Participants are to take their BP, after that to run 3 laps outside the LTK and come back quickly to measure their BP again. After resting for about 10-15mins, we repeated the same procedure for the same person again. In order to decrease the errors of the results of the experiment, we standardize some factors that may affect the readings.
Factors to standadize the experiments:
For every participant, we must make sure that the person is physically fit
Sun must be the only one measuring the BP, in order to prevent any errors in the readings as different people may have different readings from each other
Sun must make sure to take the reading of the BP at the same arm before and after every exercise for each participant
Kat must supervise the participant running, make sure that he/she runs the distance required of them
Syahira must confirm the reading with Sun before recording it down.
